Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the website at bp4logistics.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Site and any services requested through it. By submitting a quote request, carrier application, or any other inquiry through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Description of Services

B&P Logistics is a licensed freight broker operating under MC-1812815, authorized by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). We arrange freight transportation services by connecting shippers with third-party motor carriers. B&P Logistics is not a motor carrier and does not take physical possession of or transport freight ourselves.

Services arranged through B&P Logistics include, but are not limited to: full truckload (FTL) freight, less-than-truckload (LTL) freight, drayage and intermodal, flatbed and specialized transport, expedited freight, cross-border freight (US–Canada), tradeshow logistics, and warehousing and 3PL coordination in Las Vegas, Nevada.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any rate quote, estimate, or pricing information provided by B&P Logistics — whether through the Site, by phone, or by email — is an estimate only and is subject to change based on market conditions, carrier availability, fuel prices, and other factors. A quote does not constitute a binding agreement. Freight rates are finalized only upon execution of a written rate confirmation or load tender accepted by both parties.

4. No Guarantee of Capacity or Transit Times

B&P Logistics does not guarantee the availability of carrier capacity for any shipment or lane. Transit times and delivery windows provided are estimates based on carrier performance and may vary due to weather, traffic, equipment issues, carrier delays, regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays that occur during transport.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Site and requesting services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communications
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes related to freight and logistics inquiries
  • Not misrepresent the nature, weight, dimensions, or classification of freight
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to freight and transportation

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, B&P Logistics, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services arranged through it, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site or services shall not exceed the amount paid to B&P Logistics in connection with the specific shipment giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of B&P Logistics and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
